This 60-square-foot booth is the ideal isolation space for recording solo podcasts, voiceovers, or other vocal recordings. It is fully equipped to capture the highest quality audio content and 4K video content for all production needs. This booth has been strategically sound-treated to give you the best production sound. The space is completely isolated from the other studio space so you will be able to enter into your creative mindset undisturbed by the busy world of music row.

2 Shure SM7B microphones, XLR cables, microphone stands and Tascam audio capturing technology included.
Professional lighting ($25 flat fee), one 4k camera ($50), and transferring of raw files to a drive or cloud based storage available for a $75 flat fee.

Rules

No smoking in the building.
No animals in the building unless pre-approved.
Outside catering allowed as long as it is pre-planned and discussed with the host.
Alcohol can be brought onsite, but must be served but an ABC licensed bartender in order to be in compliance with Tennessee State Law.

Personnel

Audio and video production staff are on site for questions at the time of your rental. Dedicated videographer, producer, director available for $150/hr and an audio engineer available for $125/hr.
