This fully air-conditioned 2600 square foot warehouse was designed specifically for small to medium sized shoots of all kinds. It features several vibrant pre-dressed standing sets with high end furnishings as well as a 19'x19' corner cyc wall, soaring 17 foot ceilings, a spacious kitchenette, private restroom, green room and on site parking.

There will be a site representative at the location at all times in the office which is connected to the main space. We may need to access the restroom occasionally but will more or less leave you be.

The space is lit by overhead T8 fixtures with CRI 95 5000K bulbs designed for art galleries. There are no windows but the 10'x12' roll up door will allow for some natural light when desirable.
