About This Location

The loft is located in a beautiful live/work loft in Historic downtown LA.
It has a breathtaking open view of the city skyline and the skyscrapers.
It is 50ft x 35ft and it has a 9 foot high ceiling. Its features include classic brick walls, large windows all around the loft providing lots of natural light. It's furnished and decorated with furniture, artworks, plants and a lot more that create a unique atmosphere and can be used as props.

The studio comes with 2 continuous daylight balanced lights (two Nanlite FS-200) with softboxes and C-stands.
Paper backdrops 9ft and 12ft wide. Ask for availability. $3/ft on the floor
We have a dolly you can borrow to load your equipment.
Other video and sound available for rental on site.

Rules

- rentals must include setup and teardown time
- Keep hallway quiet at all times
- The hallway and common areas of the building must remain clear at all time
- Do not to block the elevator doors
- Furniture can be moved but must be placed back
- Damaged or broken items have to be paid for
