Professional lighting ($50 flat fee), 4k cameras (up to four, $50 per camera), Rode Procastor microphones (up to 4, $25 per additional microphone), and transferring of raw files to a drive or cloud based storage available for a $75 flat fee.

No animals in the building unless pre-approved.
Outside catering allowed as long as it is pre-planned and discussed with the host.
Alcohol can be brought onsite, but must be served but an ABC licensed bartender in order to be in compliance with Tennessee State Law.
Audio and video production staff are on site for questions at the time of your rental. Dedicated videographer, producer, director available for $150/hr and an audio engineer available for $125/hr.
