About This Location

Step back in time! This incredible farm has been in the owner’s family for over 175 years. Access to outside of 1847 cabin, 1869 farmhouse, original chicken house (now a bar area with indoor/outdoor fireplace), gardens, original smokehouse with porch, barn, sheds, 1950’s Ford tractor. Twenty five acres of woods and fields. Private treelined gravel driveway with rock entrance, rock walls, and split rail fences.

Talk about a hidden gem! This sprawling farm boasts two cabins from the mid 1800’s, gardens, a smokehouse, forests, pastures, farm animals and the list goes on. With so many unique nooks and crannies to discover, including old gravesites and rock walls, you’ll never run out of creative inspiration when you book this incredible historic property!

10 MPH on THE DRIVE. No smoking(only in private vehicles). Liability event insurance required. Permission to use anything for props is required prior. No use of inside of homes unless it goes through AVVAY rep. (Extra fee for inside use)
