About This Location

This unique 1950 block construction art deco home is incredible inside and out. It features modern touches mixed with is original charm. It has an incredible master bathroom suite, lots of mid century furniture and unique decor, rock n roll imagery and has some overall masculine yet colorful vibes.

There is a full kitchen, however only outside food is allowed - No food prep in the kitchen space other than using the microwave. Keurig coffee maker, microwave, kitchen sink, dishwasher, plates, glassware and cutlery are all available for use.

I am also a photographer / videographer. I have a ton of equipment that sometimes is home and available for rent. I have lighting stands, Neewer (120W and 60W) video lights, a ton of panel lights, video tripods, bowens mount diffusers, 3 DJI Mic 2 kits, a DJI Gimble, mics, Sony E Mount Lenses, A7SIII Bodies and more.

Rules

No smoking inside the home, this includes vape use please. No events - this location is for photography and video work only. Generally if there is an area that is off limits, it will be noted with a sign.

Property owner and photographer Kyler Clark lives on site. Sometimes available as photo assistant or creative direction.
