This space is great for a 1960s themed photoshoot or film (look out for it in Swagger season 2!) Decked out in mid century furniture and decor, original wallpaper and fixtures (including working intercom). You’ll have the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and wood paneled den to choose from. There is also a big backyard with vintage pink patio set available to use. Single story with wood burning fireplace. Cozy retro vibes!

No smoking in the building. Outside catering is allowed. No alcohol allowed after 8pm.
Please remove shoes or bring designated house shoes/shoe covers.
You can move furniture and decor around as necessary. I have furniture pads on hand if a piece is missing a pad.
