5 acre Mountain Top Hacienda Olive Ranch with a small and growing Vineyard nestled among majestic California Coastal Live Oaks, Ancient Cacti, and Boulders that rival National Parks with spectacular views of the Palomar Mountains to the North East.

The ranch offers an abundance of locations in which to do photo shoots in privacy away from the public eye. In addition, we are now opening the property up to film for your movies and commercials.

The property is a no cigarette smoking property. Outside catering is allowed. There is ample parking for about up to 10 vehicles. It is a quiet neighborhood so any filming would have to respect the mountain top oasis which this property fosters.
