About This Location

The space is a multi-purpose creative workspace located in the former home of the Fairfield National Bank. Our facility has been repurposed in all its glory to accommodate business meetings, commercial productions, and signature events on both small and large scales. Studio Feature: 3,000 sq ft lofted space with sealed concrete and wooden floors and 20’ ceilings. 33' Long x 20' Wide and 18' Tall white cyclorama. Color changed upon request. Dressing / changing room with shower and bathroom (2).

The main production floor is equipped with the following:

Four 20A circuits and one 30A circuit accessible via floor plates around the immediate CYC wall perimeter.

High output receptacle located below the breaker box can be used with distribution box on-premises w/ 50ft whip to provide 12k watts between six 20A, two 30A, and two 50A receptacles.
