Daylight studio primarily geared towards stills photography has ample natural light, direct access roll up door for easy load in, and 12-18ft ceilings. The open floor plan makes for a flexible workspace excellent for large seamless, table top, lay-down, on figure, and room set photography. On site gear rental is available from our well stocked equipment inventory, including Digital EQ (camera, laptop, monitors), Profoto lighting, Apurture lighting, modifiers, grip, silks, Foba camera stand, etc.

-Please return studio, kitchen, bathroom, and common area to original condition.
-Booking time includes all setup and wrap time.
-Additional insurance requirements may be requested.
-No smoking (of anything), no alcohol, no smoke machines, no firearms, no pets.
-No parties or large gatherings
