Mayo Studios is a 20,000 sq. ft. daylight-filled photo and video production facility optimized for large-scale commercial productions, located just minutes from Midtown Manhattan.

The Studio space is flexible and offers solutions for range of production requirements. Our In-Studio House Set offers the look of location with the controls of a Studio environment. We also house a vast props collection, which includes tables, chairs, beds, benches, lighting, art, and much more.

Important note: our studio has a large open floor plan and we will need to identify the space your production requires. This may affect studio availability and rates. Additional fee may apply depending on use of sets, size of studio footprint required and use of expendables, etc.

Mayo Studios has a variety of equipment available for use including wardrobe racks, hangers, pressing tables, steamers, folding tables, chairs, ladders, sandbags, office supplies, and much more. Our in-house production team can also arrange for equipment rentals.

Rules

Please leave the space in the same condition as you found it. Please allow for time in your booking to include load-in and load-out. No open flames. No smoking. Use of in-house prop collection included. Additional fees for use of sets, expendables, etc. Outside prop/eq rental is permitted.
