Built in 1850, this reimagined former railroad depot turned farm house, provides a unique backdrop for any video or photo production. The property offers a spacious interior with 1400 square ft and multiple staged rooms to shoot in. The exterior offers 3.5 acres of field and forest with stunning angles in all directions. Included on the property is an old horse stable and two wooden sheds.

No smoking is permitted inside the home, no fires allowed on the property unless organized with the owner beforehand. No use of kitchen appliances without the owner being present on set. Absolutely NO littering. We have cameras in the hallways indoors and entrances.
