This converted historic mansion gem is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere ideal for lifestyle photography, branding and product shoots, podcasting, video shoots, intimate gatherings and more. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and guests will have access to two bedrooms, living room, office, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, sunroom and the balcony.
This sun-filled, mid-century-modern apartment home with a sunroom, checkered floors in the kitchen and retro style throughout is perfect for photo shoots, video shoots and more!

Kitchen: espresso machine, coffee pot, fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and oven
We have central heat and air in the space as well as several tower fans you are welcome to use if wanted or needed.
Wifi is available for guest use. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only unless approved in advance. The unit is on the second floor, so you will need to bring any equipment up a flight of stairs. (It's a wide stairwell!)
I will be available to assist if needed.
