Charming 1928 Cherokee Park Tudor-Revival Home, restored to maintain original features (pistachio-tile bathroom, original cabinetry, windows and light fixtures) and architectural and design consistency. This 2,900-square foot home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fenced in backyard and separate garage. Recently repainted exterior and new roof. Was a finalist for a recent major movie production filmed in our neighborhood (last cut). Has been used in commercial advertising photoshoots.
