We’re an organic farm, farm stay and nature preserve wanting to diversify into photo shoots and film/ video/ tv/ ad locations. We have 4 barns, 2 outbuildings and 2 houses. Depending on the season and project we have buildings, fields and woodlands available. It’s very picturesque here. It’s very large, big sky farm with large hayfields, the setting exudes 19 th century charm, gravel road, all utilities underground. Near Middlebury, Rutland, Burlington. We can hire most items you need locally.
This historic farm sits on 1,200 acres of gorgeous Vermont countryside, offering meadows, water features and mountain views. And with multiple homes and outbuildings, this property is a great option for even the biggest of productions!

There are several locations on the property so it’s a bit hard to describe. We do not have equipment/ items on the premises but we are possibly able to help you locate them locally. For example celebration rental is in Brandon and has tents for rent with tables chairs etc. A shop has antiques that can be rented. Other store owners are accessible and helpful.
