This photography studio features picture frame molding aesthetic and color-curated bookshelf, giving it a sophisticated, but modern feel. It could also play as a small apartment, making it a versatile option for small shoots!

Free with all bookings: Four C-stands, two rolling light stands, a SmallRig tripod with fluid head, a RODE boom pole with shock mount, two mic stands, 30"x35" reflectors and diffusion frames, two XLR cables, three heavy duty extension cords, and a variety of grip accessories including clamps, gaff tape, sandbags and apple boxes. Savage 86-inch seamless backdrops in cocoa, crimson, coral, olive green, chestnut, mocha, focus gray, egg nog, sky blue, black, tech green, and super white.
Additionally, professional continuous and strobe lighting can be added to your booking for a flat fee.
Setup and breakdown must be within your booked time. No smoking anywhere inside. Keep music at low volume unless booked after 7pm or on weekends. Overtime is up to $75/hr. Return all items as found. Damage or loss will be charged. No unaccompanied minors. No glitter or fog without approval.
A team member will be available at the start of your booking to assist with anything you need.

There are plenty of outlets lining the walls of the space. A circuit breaker is accessible in the hallway between the studio and the staging room.
Beautiful natural light fills the studio throughout the day, pouring in from three west-facing windows. For total control, blackout curtains and shades can be closed to fully block out the light whenever needed. From noon until an hour before sunset light typically hits the space directly.
