Our venue space can host up to 160 guests easily across two floors. Whether you're looking to host a birthday party, product launch, film screening, workshop or more, your imagination is the canvas.
This is a full-venue buyout for both floors of the industrial event venue, featuring multiple spaces for entertaining.

No smoking inside building. Smoke 15 ft away from the entrance doors and keep noise to a minimum so as to NOT disturb our neighbors.
Outside catering is allowed

No loud music after 11PM
All trash must be in proper receptacles before check-out

Door Check-in Staff: $45/hour
AV Staff: $1000/day for lighting or audio, up to 10 hours
