Welcome to Five Point Six. We are a premier art venue located in the heart of Five Points in East Nashville. Five Point Six provides a workable studio space for rent that artists can use to create the work they need to push themselves to the next level.

This studio offers an industrial, but modern, space with exposed brick and wooden beams, and plenty of natural light and texture. With its convenient location and beautiful storefront, it could easily double as an art gallery or gift store.

Equipment

We have studio strobes and various light modifiers available for a small fee depending on the piece of equipment you need to use. 3 colors of backdrop paper, a C-stand and a V flat are included with your booking at no extra charge. Any other gear needed please let us know ahead of time to make sure we have it ready. A list of gear and prices can be found on our website.

Rules

The sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Illicit drug use will get you banned and no refund will be issued. Please be transparent about the number of people you are bringing for your booking. You are responsible for any damage to property or equipment that should occur during your booking
