Once where country music legends would kick back and hang, it’s now a gathering place for today’s creatives. Distressed brick walls, factory
windows, and towering metal doors set the scene for creativity and celebration. This
space transforms effortlessly from a film set to a live performance to an intimate reception. Every project and production here carries a touch of
Nashville’s rhythm — something raw, real, and full of life. Approx. 1,628 sq ft.

This might be our favorite space from Seventh Story yet! This vibey, industrial studio features several different backdrops and sets to choose from. We especially love the retro basement set, with its wood paneling, 70s furniture and arcade games!
