About This Location

My flexible half-acre property blends clean modern design with authentic retro character. The 2,000 square foot white-walled showroom offers a wide-open, minimalist canvas ideal for film shoots, photography, events, vehicle staging, and custom builds. My stylized 1970s wood-paneled office and vintage lounge add warmth, texture, and period charm; so you can let the room do the heavy lifting! Finally, we have ample outdoor space for parking, gear load-in, exterior setups, and maximum sunlight.

This showroom offers an open space with white walls the collection of classic cars as a backdrop. The space could easily play as a dealership or auto shop, but also makes a great natural light studio. We personally love the office space with its wood paneling in retro decor!
