This expansive, light-filled loft — formerly the personal studio of world-renowned fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier — in the heart of Chelsea’s vibrant art and production district. Now operated by Scheimpflug, a leading NYC rental house, the studio is built to serve a full range of photo, video, and content production needs.

As part of Scheimpflug’s production network, the studio offers full-service rental support, with everything available to rent in advance by calling Scheimpflug and have ready on-site for your shoot for an ADDITIONAL COST.

Available for rental and pre-loaded upon request:

-Cameras (digital cinema and stills)
-Lenses (cinema, prime, zoom, specialty)
-Lighting (continuous and strobe)
-Grip and electric (C-stands, apple boxes, flags, modifiers, clamps, etc.
-Backdrops, fabrics, flats, and set elements
-Production support, expendables, and accessories

Rules

The Studio is located on the 6th floor.
Elevator Access:
Available for an additional cost upon request if outside of the following hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
If the time needed is within the above hours no additional cost will be incurred.
