Abundant natural light throughout. Large open spaces for shooting. Furniture and decor can be used for styling. Please do not move large furniture (couches, beds, dressers, etc.) Small items can be moved with care.
Full kitchen access. Large master room/bathroom for changing and hair and makeup area. Multiple styled rooms for versatile shoots.
Folding tables and chairs available upon request.

To maintain the integrity of this home, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. No pets allowed. Explicit or adult content filming is not permitted. Guests are expected to treat the space with the utmost care and respect. Do not move large furniture; small items may be adjusted with care.
