About This Location

Shear Media Studios offers two production stages under one roof. Studio A is a 2800 sq/ft controlled space ideal for interviews, podcasts, large commercials and live streaming, featuring a white cyclorama, lighting grid and control room access. Studio G is a 5,600 sq ft open stage with a full lighting grid, bay door access, and room for set builds, events, and large-scale productions.

Lighting grid and full control room, including audio mixers, video switchers, and Blackmagic workflow (record decks, scopes). Includes cyclorama, lighting boards, and access to lighting grid. Cameras, lighting, grip, and electric available for rent. Prebuilt standing sets, set walls, props, and furniture available.

Rules

Rental time includes setup and breakdown; overtime billed. Access limited to booked areas. No blocking loading areas. No modifications without approval. Gear not included—available at additional cost. No smoking. Client responsible for crew, damage, and cleanup.
