Welcome to the perfect Mid-Century Modern home for your next project! This space is a secluded private residence set on 4 wooded acres made available as a media studio. It is a unique custom-designed home built in 1968, with well-preserved original features such as a 16' vaulted ceiling, real wood paneling, brick & hardwood floors, a stone fireplace, & spiral & exposed staircases. The time capsule home is outfitted with an array of vintage MCM furniture & decor & an entire wall of vinyl records.
This striking Mid-Century Modern residence delivers dramatic architectural lines and production-ready interiors, highlighted by soaring 16-foot ceilings that create an airy, cinematic great room. Rich wood paneling, textured stone elements, and a statement grand piano add character and depth, while the secluded wooded setting provides privacy and natural atmosphere for filming.

Our electrical system has been sufficient for every project we've ever had.
Guests have access to 18 wall outlets, as well as 2 hidden single outlets in the floor of the sunken living room.
We also have extension cords and power strips availabe.
There are 6 oversized windows in the living room, and 2 skylights. The windows have built-in wooden blinds, and the skylights have remote controlled blinds.
The skylights provided the most direct light in the middle of the day. The windows get some direct light (staircase side in the AM), but because the house is surrounded by trees it's limited.
12 overhead lights (10 dimmable) in great room, 5 dimmable lights in record shelf room, standard home lighting throughout.
