RAW old bakery warehouse building with rooms of differing heights (8'-20'+) and sizes (600 SQFT +/- to 5,000 SQFT +/-). Concrete floors, concrete ceiling beams, steel bowtruss room, 2 square bunker like concrete block rooms. Fenced in grass courtyard (under construction until Fall 2026).
