Tractor, excavator and UTV/side-by-side may be available by prior arrangement. Generators may be brought onsite. Farm machinery, trailers, weathered materials and other property items may be available for approved production use or set dressing. Equipment use is subject to owner approval and supervision.

Rules

Active working farm. Guests must remain in approved areas. Private residence is not included. Animals and equipment require owner approval/supervision. Smoking in designated areas only. Sets, digging, drones, landscape changes, fire, smoke, gunfire and special effects require prior approval.

Personnel

Owners available for access, orientation, animals and site support. Heavy-equipment operator with 20+ years experience available by arrangement. Local labor/trades may be sourced when possible.
