Equipment

We have roughly 40 assorted chairs, 8 bohemian camping stools, 3 6ft folding tables, a folding card table, a longer 8ft dining table, a standing-height bar table, a movable wooden kitchen island that doubles as a bar, a rolling food cart, a French marble cocktail table, two army cots and a very comfortable hammock available for use. There are also various seating areas around the property including two long benches and a large picnic table. You are welcome to bring in any chairs and tables you might need for your event.

Rules

All candles must be in containers that completely surround the flame. No confetti or glitter (including balloons filled with glitter). Lights and decorations can be hung throughout the space as long as you do not use nails (anywhere) or tape (on the drywall).

Personnel

In addition to setting up tables and chairs before you arrive, a member of our team will greet you at the beginning and end of your event to ensure you have everything you need.
