The space is eclectically decorated with furniture and artwork that create a cool, bohemian atmosphere. This garage is truly a flex-space. Original details like timber beams and exposed brick walls can be found throughout the space giving off a raw aesthetic. The garage has two industrial size doors that open to the alley for easy loading in and out of equipment, making it perfect for productions.

There is a fireplace in the garage that can be used. Please be sure to bring your own wood. Motorcycles can be used as props. Furniture and decorations can be moved around as needed.

No smoking in the building. Outside catering is allowed. Production COI is required. Furniture & decorations may be moved, but must remain in building. Guests must leave the space as it was found. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee. Smoke machines are allowed. Nudity is allowed.
