Built in 1936, the landmark location is bathed in natural light from northern, southern, and eastern window exposures that boast sweeping panoramic views of the Chicago skyline.

The space currently offers wifi, rental equipment including a theatrical lighting grid, prop and furniture rental, public restrooms, a loading dock, full catering kitchen, ample parking, an audio system and surveillance.
COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL: All visitors must wear a face mask upon entering, leaving and in the common areas of the building. Face masks must be worn by ALL PERSONS for the duration of the rental period. Maintain 6 feet from all persons. Elevator limit of 3 people. Smoking is not permitted.
