Fully Furnished House with two garages for lots of storage of gear. Lots of parking on site in garages, driveway, or street. We're happy to work with you on your specific needs. I spent 15 years working in Film and TV so just ask me for what you need and we'll accommodate. No hard outs. Leave gear setup or stored in house for multi-day shoots for easy walkaways. Use our furniture and appliances or if you'd like to set dress and hang art we can talk about a patch and paint fee.
