About This Location

This space is within the walls of a 100-year-old home and it’s been returned to its original 1920’s aesthetic. There are original hardwood floors, coal fireplaces, velvet chairs, leather Chesterfield couch and formal dining. Large windows throughout for natural light and if you prefer a dark and moody vibe, there are formal drapes that block the sun and our chandeliers are on a dimmer. Great for any shoots that are vintage, historic, romantic or holiday centered.

We want you to use the space freely and simply ask that the space be respected as lots of it is over 100 years old. Absolutely no smoking is permitted but alcohol is allowed, as long as it’s done respectfully. If there are any damages done to the room or decor we ask that it be paid for to replace.

Lighting Specifications

As a photographer myself, I wanted this space to have as much control with light as possible. There are two huge windows that let in a ton of natural light if you’re looking for something bright. If you’re wanting something more dark and moody, there are formal drapes that block out the sunlight and the overhead chandelier is on a dimmer. One of the lamps has two light modes as well. So it can go from naturally bright to pitch black and everything in between!
