Located minutes from downtown with ample parking.

Facilities include a concrete floor, two full bathrooms, two kitchenettes, and lots of windows.

(12) 36" round tables, (40+) chairs, and table cloths are available upon request.

Rules

Security cameras are on-site to monitor in/out times and adherence to rules outlined in the Booking Agreement

Overtime exceeding will be billed at time and a half the booking rate

For any broken equipment or damage to the building, an assessment will be made for replacement value

Personnel

Personnel will monitor the event remotely and will be available by phone/text for the duration of the event. If you need makeup, special fx, or wigs, we can organize with Academy of Make Up Arts.
