A location representative will be on site for check-in, walk though, and questions. Owners are experienced television/film producers and can assist with needs.

The property is well-equipped to handle production needs.
• Power Rating: The main house has a 200-amp panel, and the ADU has a separate 100-amp panel.
• Outlets: Outlets are conveniently located throughout the property. We’ve added several extra outlets to accommodate filming equipment and general use. There are too many to list - each room has several.
• Circuit Breaker Location: The main circuit breaker is located outside the house, near the side kitchen door.
The home is filled with natural light thanks to large windows throughout. Some windows are dressed with blinds or curtains, while others are left open to showcase the views. Multiple skylights also brighten the space, each equipped with remote-controlled shades for adjustable lighting throughout the day.
