A centrally located 600 Sq. foot space suitable for rehearsals, performance, events, classes, meetings, photo shoots, auditions, and anything else that may strike your creative fancy. It features a full bathroom, a wet bar, a LED lighting system, a green room/artist in residence bedroom, nine-foot ceiling, and flexible furniture on casters. Seating capacity of fifty and a flexible layout. It is located in the Northeast Sullivan's Gulch neighborhood and is easily accessible by public transit.
