Perfect multi-set loft in one location and super versatile production space!
The loft is the penthouse of a beautiful 1920's building in the Historic Core of downtown Los Angeles.
The space is a 50ft x 40ft open floor plan (1800 SQ ft available for production.) with 17ft high ceiling.
It features brick walls, large windows all around the loft providing lots of natural light, Cyclorama backdrops, green screen, multiple backgrounds, free lighting gear and production equipment.

Rules

Rentals include setup and teardown time
No hanging out in the hall way and common areas of the building
Don't to block the elevator doors with objects while loading in, it would break it down
Furniture must be moved back where you found it
Damaged or broken item have to be eplaced or paid for
