8.5 acres mechanic shop/gas station, possible convenience store look, Shape shifting it into other looks lately we’ve done a pawn shop, steam punk Macbeth happening today slaughterhouse last week, jail bars that are not nailed down. a cinematic meth trailer, one industrial building, shipping containers (roof access), a burned truck, a car graveyard, open areas, Secluded canyons, a beautiful desert mountain background. I can’t describe it all in 500 words or less.

110 & 220, the site is set up for industrial equipment and Trailer hook-ups.
Breaker panel is located in the interior of the garage to the left of the large door. Onsite personal can assist with power hook-ups
Most all of the site is exterior, with the exception of the Mechanic shop and the Abandoned trailer, The interior space of the garage has several clear roof fiberglass sun openings. If the space needs to be darkened black out curtains can be rigged. (we have ladders but no blackout curtains) please see garage photos the trailer would need to be lit.
