Mid-scale 2 bedroom, 1 bath desert home with a sizable kitchen and living area. Private 4 acres and tons of parking. Features a large Joshua Tree in the front yard. Killer blood red sunrises and sunsets from a porch view overlooking a valley. Furnishings range from desert boho to mid-century modern. Backyard is fenced with a hot tub, string lights and two hammocks. Two desk spaces, one with a large Dell editing monitor. A few retro display items: a classic Mac, a Moviola, 50s TV.

Upon request I can provide an Avid/Premiere edit system and have a Sony FS7 camera with basic lenses.

Rules

Production insurance is required. Be gentle, no smoking. No moving furniture and mounting without prior permission. Smoke machines okay. Please report damage immediately and please do a clean up when you leave. I do this for a living, too, and leave locations in great shape. I expect the same. :)
