Full Kitchen including: Pitt cooktop, Wolf - double oven, refrigerator, freezer, wine fridge, built-in coffee/espresso machine. Please let us know which appliances are needed so we can accommodate usage/space. If using coffee machine, let us know if you'd like us to provide mold-free beans for an extra charge. Other kitchen equipment available upon request. Covered 18’ x 25’ patio available with Bromic heaters. Sonos inside and out. Study is currently unfurnished, has reeded double glass doors, windows. Small orchard.

No outside shoes.
Space needs to be left as found or incurs cleaning fee.
Late departure will be charged an additional hour.
Cancellations receive refund minus non-refundable Stripe Processing Fee.
