A fully styled, dual-suite studio built for immediate production, housed in a historic Renaissance Revival building with marble hallways, grand staircases, and architectural detail. Every prop is authentic vintage and included in your shoot. Designed for cinematic shoots, boudoir photography, editorials, music videos, and film productions. The richness and texture photograph magnificently, and the weight of each piece naturally transforms a model's posture and presence on set.

This apartment has been curated with vintage furniture and decor, in a brilliant mix of colors and textiles - think velvet, printed silks and animal prints. We especially love the grand Art Deco lobby in marble spiral staircase!

Food is allowed. Drinking is allowed. Nudity is allowed. Large pieces such as the screens shall not be moved without permission. Bridget will meet you upon arrival and show you how certain pieces should be handled.

We have 24/ hr security guard on duty and cameras in hallways for a safe, controlled environment.

There are 3 power outlets in the After Hours Lounge (all with 3 prong) There are 2 standard outlets in the adjacent Parakeet Suite with one 4 outlet 3 prong.

Lighting Specifications

We have a dimmable chandelier and several lamps. The lighting in the After Hours Lounge can be controlled with the velvet draperies, however will not be completely blacked out during the day. The Parakeet Suite has a crystal chandelier and is sun drenched.
